It is an 18 month course and required participants to spend 20% of their working week engaging in learning activities.  This course is open to UK based academics who must have a contract with an HE provider which will last for at least two years post starting the course. The course fees are paid by the Apprenticeship Levy but those wishing to do the course must discuss this with their managers, since institutions must commission the provision from UWL.
