Save your TIME with Automation

More and more customers buy online, providing the benefit of e-commerce over brick-and-mortar shops. In the meantime, Forbes reports that consumers have increased expectations for faster and more convenient deliveries.

Automating repetitive tasks will free up time unexpectedly. Guess what you can do with the extra time if you don’t need to track remembering to do them and make them happen.

Says Neil Patel; the more you can automate, the more gets done even without you.

Think of those unimportant things, including data entry, client emails, social media, and more that you have to do over and over again. You can plan promotional deals to go live at the right time with automation, automate new product/service launches with their announcements, delete expired products, alter pricing, add coupons, monitor orders and offer incentives, etc.

From my experience, automation and tools are 99.9% beneficial for businesses, especially for those solo entrepreneurs. Before setting up my site, I wasn’t certain if I am glad to keep continuing this business so, I commenced with some tools for beginners such as Business WhatsApp, HyprAuditor and Famoid to monitor insights and manage all inquiries. To be honest, it was worth it because I live in London and my clients mostly are based in Iran and as a matter of Time Zone, I could respect their request with BOTS and ask them to be patient and I will come back to them ASAP. Yet, by using tools to audit my work, I could increase the rate of impression and conversion and resolve some errors after auditing my channels.

IF I COULD, YOU CAN!

I truly hope that this post encourages you to begin your own online business and passes you some estimation about the challenges and how to get the best. YES, it’s 2021 and COVID made a bunch of changes, think deeply and be unique.

Boost your Traffic with Video marketing

One of the quickest forms of digital marketing is video marketing. Video is one of the best in the hierarchy of users’ preferred content. Videos enable you to share relevant information concisely, allow customers a better glance into your brand and make your brand promptly sociable.

Why use digital marketing video content?

  • Boosts sales and conversions
  • Builds trust
  • Appeals to mobile users
  • Instagram / Google love videos
  • Users like sharing videos

Video is a powerful tool because it aids you to transmit at an intimate level with your target audience. What draws a person want to do business with you is the formation of an emotional link. The odds of pulling a new client are far higher by building liability and trust.

64% of consumers will make a purchase after watching branded videos on social platforms, showing trust built through video, leads to sales.

A high-quality, effective video can help boost the business with qualified leads. You will get solid details on how your future client communicates with your brand when you utilize video in your marketing loop. To carry out an efficient plan that takes wellness customers through the journey of the consumer, this input is significant.

My videos on Instagram and Tik Tok drive me more traffic and engagement. It has never been easier to catch attention with a cover slide and some words, videos are SUPERB as a matter of wonder and trust. Your audience wants to reach a connection with you, so it’s better to realize you and hear your words. However, in 2021 I found people are lazier reading things, they are looking for someone who conclude everything in 30 seconds.

Social video generates 12 times more shares than text and images combined.

Email Marketing is Superb

Email marketing is also one of the channels of digital marketing that is most ignored. But to draw consumers attention, it is one of the simplest and perhaps most personalised digital marketing tactics you can employ. In reality, 40 times more clients than social media are transformed through email marketing.

You can target customers who have shown interest in your business through email marketing-you are literally pressing on an open-door with people who willing to learn more about your services and products. You have a better chance of raising your sales, pushing traffic to your web and increasing your ROI by taking advantage of email marketing, just for the sake of investing a few hours a week or month producing email content that converts.

Simple Email Marketing Strategies

  • Customize all addresses for all people. Never use ‘dear client’.
  • To raise conversion rates, be innovative with subject lines.
  • Based on their buying/engagement habits, split customers into cohorts and craft a targeted email to each category.
  • Motivate clients to build and exchange user-generated content with the rest of the email cohort.
  • Ensure you are mobile-friendly in all your emails.

I remember at the begging of my work at Uni Advisor, I spend my time finding some potential audiences to sell my webinars, the best source for me was Universities and to do that I have sent many emails to the coordinators, the head of the modules, professors etc. to present me with this hope to get a chance of providing a FREE seminar. Email marketing assisted me not only to get in touch with a broad scope of audiences and invite them, but also that was a professional way to grab their attention and build a trust.

Email Marketing Insight

Recommendation:
I personally believe that, being present in different channels is a plus, however, I place all of my attempt on Instagram my target audience spending more time there and I can have many inputs from this channel. Nevertheless, my website, LinkedIn, Telegram can assist me to be more organized and in case something happened with Instagram, I could be in touch with my audience on the other ways.

In the previous blog I gave you some hint about why competitors are important and why we should care and don’t ever ignore them, next blog I’m going to talk about a channel that most of the agencies at the beginning ignore it.

The same way that I went with my email marketing and got result, I started to create some buzz videos to catch the attention, check out my next blog if you’re willing to boost your traffic.

Local SEO makes Prominent

Pause reading now and go and set up a profile if you are not on Google My Company and you have a local business. In the event of a nefarious rival alleging it on your behalf, at least say your company on Google My Business.

Most people rely on local searches to yield the answers they’re looking for, and if your company is not there, they will not come to you.

By creating a Google My Business profile, you’ll make sure that the business is noticeable in any local Google search and on Google maps in your local area. But best of all, it’s free to register and your customers also have the opportunity to leave reviews for you. Nothing quite like a 5* mark boosts sales.

Google My Company means you can quickly be found by your audience and find out:

  • Your hours for opening
  • When you are busy
  • Your approximate position
  • Your definition of market
  • In pictures, what you look like
  • How to Contact You

I believe that this tool will profit not only from physical stores that need to sign up for Google My company, but also from online shops. This will allow your audience to write a review or testimonials. Ratings are normally considered a key ranking indicator for local performances. According to a 2018 survey of SEO experts, Industry practitioners agree that reviews account for around 6.5 percent of the way local rankings are calculated by Google. And that’s not just feedback on Google itself, it also includes reviews such as Yelp and Facebook on other popular pages.

I should mention that, recently Google starts a Campaign to support small businesses, if you own an SME, you’re eligible to claim £80 free advertising credit. Google helps you to either get more website sales, sign-ups or get more calls and visit your physical shop.

Do Competitors Research

If you don’t know who your rivals are, or if you don’t think you have any. Or if you do know who they are, but you don’t think your time is worth it, you’re ignorant. Business can be trim and it is vital to keep on top of rival research to ensure your survival.

Why conduct research on competitors:

  • Uncover digital marketing tactics from your competitors
  • Figure out their strategies on social media
  • Discover who their clients are
  • Find holes in and exploit their digital marketing strategies.

Ways to carry out competitor analysis:

  • Understand who their target audience is, how they have decided to evolve and how much they interact with their audience. Dive into their social media platforms. Knowing these things would allow you to organise your own channels of social media to take advantage of their downtime, their vulnerabilities, and to answer their audience’s questions.

  • To find knowledge, use online resources. SEMrushIt’s a great free tool that you can use to find out how organically your competitors work and learn what keywords they use to target their customers.

Although the University Consultation companies in Iran are a lot, not all of them are successful. After having a deep research, I found out what is really the principal trouble.

Many companies have no idea who is their real competitor and, they believe, competitor means ENEMY. That is caused due to the lack of information and somehow comes from human attitudes. As a marketer, I popped out to have a deliberate look at the competitors’ behaviour, strategy and, then I analysed their business. Now is the time! Touching them, of course a few of them ignored me, but I had this chance to become friend with some of them and start collaboration in different fashion, so technically it was a win-win game for both of us.

Some of the benefits I have gained from collaboration with competitors:

  • Increased the impression rate on my IG page
  • More audience and contraction
  • Increase the number of Get Direction Taps

Being open and friendly with your competitors shows you have nothing to hide, and demonstrates integrity.

The result is overwhelming and I’m sure that my competitors gain even more, let’s continue and in the next blog I will tell you why Local SEO is a matter.

Don’t rush into a partnership

I started My Online Start-Up  with a best friend of mine as a business partner, after a while I split ways that in the very first place, we could never have had a professional relationship. Just because someone is your best friend, partner and long-time co-worker or valuable person, that person is hardly eligible as the best candidate to be your business partner.

Typically, the right partner is someone whose talents and approach are the polar opposite of yours. The first means that, without extra personnel, you can cover even more territory. The second can produce friction, but before you waste resources, it will cause you both to protect your business instincts and weed out smaller ideas.

Different people, different taste!

Decision-making will be sluggish relative to running a company as a sole trader, as you would need to meet and negotiate matters with your partners. Back to my experience, I prefer to be a solo owner rather than having a business partner for a small business. Instead, I found that having some third parties for my marketing challenges, help me make the best decisions and at the end I have some option to choose by myself and nobody else can make the final decision.

In the next blog I am going to explain more about competitors and how I dealt with them and what I gain.

Digital Marketing Perspective for A Small Online Business

It can be both a solitary and brotherly experience to run a small company.  In the way that no two small enterprises are the same. A particular number of conditions and variables that are special to organisation must be tackled by any entrepreneur. On the other hand, in the way that small business owners stay together, it’s fraternal.

Small business ownership’s cooperative essence is what keeps many entrepreneurs alive as things get difficult, and the forecast threatens to darken; it is also what motivates entrepreneurs to willingly share knowledge with their colleagues, as opposed to selfishly defending their success values.

Nowadays, tens of thousands of people are considering getting the based business, and for better reasons. Typically, people will have to have two and three careers within their work time. Those leaving one business often consider their second or third business change being to their own family. People who have been part of this conventional nine-to-five workforce and are on the brink of withdrawing from the time believing of what to do next. The good news: Starting the home-based job is within the grasp of virtually anyone who needs to take the risk and work hard.

Practically speaking, there are 6 things better to do when you run a small business. In the following blogs, I’ll explain each one and develop my experience and recommendation:
