Thank you for considering my application for a place on your front of house team. Following up on your last email I am pleased to tell you that I indeed already have experience in this kind of work. During my high school time, I worked front of house for multiple VW Originalteile events in Kassel, Germany. Here I was needed in the roles of coat boy and steward, showing and explaining guests their way to different parts of the venue and collecting their coats at the front door. I further briefly worked as a waiter in a big table service restaurant and as security at a rock music event with over 3000 visitors. While waiting had the usual demands like table service, taking orders and payments, the security job included tasks such as bag checks, ticket inspections, and front row security work between the bands and the audience. I take great care in those kinds of tasks as I am aware that the security and the well-being of guests and audience have the highest priority.
I on top of that have the German standard first aid qualification which I acquired with my driving license.
