A decorating and DIY store in Ealing, Leyland SDM, is raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support as part of the ‘Do It for London’ charity campaign.
The charity is the focus of a major fund-raising effort at Leyland SDM during October. The store is located at 9, The Mall. Customers are invited to round up the value of their shopping to make a donation for Macmillan Cancer Support, the UK’s leading cancer support charity.
Leyland SDM runs the fundraising in its 30 stores across London and aims to raise a total of £50,000 for Macmillan. Last March the shop vowed to raise at least £20,000 through its ‘March is for Macmillan’ campaign.
The main goal of Macmillan Cancer Support is to be there for everyone from the moment they are diagnosed. The charity has worked to intensify its offering during the pandemic.
