Exclusive Interview with Prof. Atherton on Government’s levelling up strategy
The Chancellor has said that the budget emphasises the government’s priority of levelling up between areas in the UK.
The Byte has exclusively spoken to Professor Graeme Atherton, the head of the Centre for Levelling Up at the University of West London about the government’s levelling up strategy. The new Research Centre is focused on producing policy based research related to inequality across the UK.
“At the moment there are some investments but there would need to be more,” says Professor Graeme Atherton.
