In case you have an assignment for your students in which they need to submit a recording (whether video or audio), Panopto/UWL Replay is the best option to use to do so. With a feature to create an assignment folder for a module or any other folders on the system, it works similar to a Turnitin/Blackboard assignment, where it allows students to submit their recordings ensuring they are ONLY able to view their own recordings and not those submitted by others. However, it allows you as an instructor to view all submissions from all students.

The guidance below is for both students and staff and it depends on the circumstances in question.
