This guidance will show you the basics of using the adaptive release to control the access and visibility of content on Blackboard. In the example shown in the recording below, an assignment is created for a single student in the module, to which no other students should submit. Using Adaptive Release, a membership requirement has been added to grant access to the student ONLY, and not others. By doing this, only the selected student will be able to see the assignment and not any other student.
