The theme this year is “active online learning”.
This breaks down into four sub-themes:
- Strategies for effective online teaching and supporting learning
- Creating online learning communities
- Online assessment (formative and/or summative)
- Inclusive online environments
We are delighted to welcome Professor Tom Crick MBE of Swansea University as our keynote speaker. Tom is Professor of Digital Education and Policy and over the past year, he has been involved in a range of COVID-related research and policy activities to better understand the impact of COVID on education, including leading a major Welsh Government-funded learner voice project on the future of national assessments.
