When making submissions for an assignment, students may experience some interference during their submissions that may cause some problems. Some of these interferences may be,

  1. their submissions are not correctly processed during upload due to internet connectivity or some other reason
  2. the student may have accidentally selected the submit button on the assignment without having attached their document
  3. they may have attached and submitted the wrong document and would like to resubmit

In most cases, the reason they will not be able to submit it is that the assignments in question are set to only allow a single submission. Once that submission is recorded, they will not be able to make a new submission, unless the original attempt is cleared or removed from their account. The following recording shows how this can be done.
