Change roles in a live Collaborate session

As a moderator in a session in Collaborate, you have the ability to change the roles of participants to moderator, presenter or participants. This control ensures you do not have to grant all attendees high or low-level access to the sessions, but grant the access as needed. The following recording shows how to do this.
