Share Collaborate recordings with other users

When sharing Collaborate videos with other users, you need to ensure you are copying the correct recording links, and that they are public. Without this, any user with a different link will not be able to access the recordings. The following video show how you can copy the correct links and ensure they are publicly available so all users with the recording link are able to access it.
