Whenever you receive an error stating that you are using an incorrect username or password, you must first do the following:

  1. Check and confirm that you are using the correct details – see how to access learning technologies
  2. Check and confirm that you are using the correct password for your account. This need to be the most recent password and not one you may have used in the passed before changing.
