As a user with admin access to Blackboard, you have access to enrol one or more users to one or more modules, courses, or communities using batch enrolment. This can be done via admin > courses, for course enrolments, or admin > organisations, for organisation enrolments. The video below provides a step-by-step guide on how to do so.

 

The following table shows the types of roles available for users in courses or modules, or communities. Depending on the type of role you would like to assign a user within a course, module, or community, you should use the role indicator when preparing the .CSV file for batch enrolment.
